Kasabi Hibachi, Sushi And Ramen

Nice people, variety of options, some vegan. Best food I have ever had out of an old U-Haul truck.

The food was great! They have the food done very fast there sushi is great and the steak and the boba is delicious I also love the Japanese sodas they have!

Got some chicken fried rice and sushi. 10/10 definitely recommend going, it's a must eat! The sauce for their sushi is so heavenly, I haven't had a place this yummy in a long time.

Normally I have no issue with the truck but tonight as I drove by all the lights were on and it was 7:30 I get up to the truck and try to place an order and they told me they were closed even though they still had all the neon lights on and the window sticker says they close at 8:00. Very disappointing.

First time trying today, it was fantastic. ingredients were good quality and something you would expect from a brick and mortar. I will definitely be returning!
