Arby's - Mobile

Bottom line is... this Arby's has extremely rude employees. I watched as the lady at the register kept treating each customer with disrespect. Never eating there again. Manager needs to do her job and hold the employees accountable for their attitudes towards customers.

Sat in drive thru for 10 minutes nothing went to the window the worker was leaned up against the counter playing on her phone never even acknowledge I was there. I knocked on window nothing. There was a line of cars behind me also.

I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time. I arrived on Saturday night at 11:45 PM, only to find out they were already closed. It seems like Arby’s has become just like Fazy now.

The staff and management are incredibly rude, providing terrible customer service and an unpleasant atmosphere. It's time to hire new employees and a better management team!

Arby's is fantastic! We've never had a bad experience there. We always call in after each visit. We're big fans of the sliders and curly fries, and we really appreciate the promotions they offer. There's always something delicious on the Arby's menu. Turkey, ham, brat, beef, chicken—everything is so tasty! Yum!
