Írjon visszajelzéstThis restaurant experience was just average. The authentic taste of Mexico is definitely missing. The salsa served with the chips tastes like it came from a bottle or a can, reminiscent of Tostitos. Really? I ordered chicken fajitas and green enchiladas, but both were lacking in flavor. The dishes were bland, and the green chili sauce was quite disappointing. The chicken in the enchiladas was dry and poorly chopped. To make matters worse, the edges of the tortillas were hard and dry, indicating they had been microwaved. The chicken in the fajitas was also rubbery, suggesting it had been treated the same way. Overall, it was a letdown.
I drove an hour from Pensacola just to try their tacos, and I have NO REGRETS! It was absolutely worth the drive, and I will definitely be coming back. The tacos are incredibly authentic Mexican, reasonably priced, and the service is very friendly. Be sure to add this place to your list of “Must Tries”!
The restaurant offers a very home-cooked style of cuisine. It's one of the few places where you can enjoy tripa street tacos, and it's definitely one of my favorite local spots. The place has a unique vibe, being half restaurant and half small grocery store.
Wife had chicken soup and enchiladas, I had a chimichanga, and the kids had 3x enchiladas each. Delightful chips and salsa before we even ordered.
Ordered California burrito and it's worth every penny. It was big enough to feed more than one person. It's labeled as a 14 burrito but was thicker than my fist. The staff was friendly and pleasant and had a family feel atmosphere. Will definitely be back, side note there is a small market attached as well where you can purchase ingredients for your own at home dishes!
