Whataburger - Mobile

Night Supervisor refused to serve breakfast menu items after 11 PM. I waited in the drive through line and reached the speaker at 11:02PM. Ordered a breakfast item; and a person with a middle-aged female voice who spoke with some tone of authority toldme they were running behind and rather than ask me to wait, told me she had no intention of trying to fill my order. Given hertone and qualities of her voice, I 'm presuming it was a supervisor. I 've been going to this restaurant for over 10 years, butthe last two visits lead me to believe the current crew is not performing at their normal service level. As a result, I don 'tintend to come back. I 've got too many other options for places to eat than to wonder if I 'll be refused service because thecurrent staff can 't function efficiently.

Food is always hot but you?ve gotta be ready for a wait if you?re hitting them late night. Still a big problem with ?24 hour? joints. Service slows WAY down after 11 pm

My mother and I stopped here to get 2 drinks, fries and two dr. Pepper shakes. it took 21 minutes to get our shakes. Once we got them, they tasted foamy. I went back and asked her to use new ones or a refund. the manager was busy, but once she was able to do our new one or to reimburse her exact words “it is not our fault it is the machine bc it is not cold enough so I don’t know what they want us to do” she said this with such ugly attitude. then I made my refund and you could say that she was so angry. if they know that the machine is not cold enough to make the shake, why do they serve it until it is finished?!

Stopped for a quick bite after graduation ceremony in mobile, we were about car #5 in the drive thru line, after waiting about 10 minutes to get to the order window we waited another 35 minutes for our food that was mediocre at best, cost $22 for the 2 of us. I will never go there again.

Pulled up to the drive through window at 4 am..Dude gets on the mic laughing an giggling...So I proceed to order..He cuts me off mid order,talking bout can I speak up he can't hear me..Keep in mind I have a clear speaking voice,it's 4 am In the morning an not a car on the road..I've worked at many fast food jobs,it's not hard to hear through the Mike's Mike's dude..So I raise my voice to order,then the manager gunna catch an attitude..My dude it's 4 am in the morning an yall bieng extra,cause yall playing to the point yall can't hear the only person in the drivethru
