Beautiful place, with magnificent views of the ocean. Great management team. The entire system was completely upgraded inside and outside. The pool is great, there are many parking spaces and the new restaurant will be great. Security cameras and guards around the clock protect the entire place All units have individual A/C and excellent Wi-Fi.

Great place to stay for relaxation. The entire staff is very friendly especially Jennifer aka J-Lo. This is my forever whenever I come to Puerto Plata Sosua. Love it.

What a great experience! If you’re looking for a clean, well-run place to stay in Peurto Plata this is it. Beautiful grounds, swimming pool, modern rooms, close to surf and kiting beaches. My only reservation is that I couldn’t stay longer!

Beautiful place to live. Prices are reasonable. Residence features a Swimming pool, a couple of restaurants, but no fitness center. They have a friendly staff ready to assist you.. Jennifer, (the manager)speaks English for those who may not habla Espanola. The Apartments come fully furnished with gas oven stove and utensils. Wi fi, cable TV, aircon, and decent water pressure which is a plus for me. Laundry and convenient store located on site. I highly recommend a visit to this lovely, little residence. Very quiet and relaxing here.
