Dynasty Chinese - Mocksville

Our order was all wrong and we didn't get our egg rolls or fortune cookies ??

The food quality is ok, tastes like most generic Chinese food. PROBLEM WAS THE ROACH in my half eaten plate. I almost vomited and definitely lost my appetite. Taking my plate and the rest of the food back. I best be offered a full refund or I’ll be back to add to my review

This place is TRASH. Save your money and go somewhere else out of Mocksville! Got 2 plates of chicken wings w/fried rice (Wings burnt or over cooked) A plate of General so chicken with lo mein , chicken again over cooked and just don’t even taste good at all! No sweet and sour sauce for the cheese Wong tongs , and they don’t taste great either. Paid $60 dollar for 3 plates, insane ! Can’t even get the food cooked correctly ! The food is hot but not good at all, this place is trash as stated above go somewhere else !

We ordered takeout that included plain lo mein, a sesame chicken combo, a chicken and shrimp combo with hot garlic sauce, hot and sour soup, and a beef and broccoli combo. Unfortunately, the chicken and shrimp combo was mostly vegetables, with only about four shrimp and five pieces of chicken. The beef and broccoli combo was inedible; the taste was dreadful, and the meat had a rubbery texture. I called the restaurant to request a refund, but the woman I spoke to insisted that I would need to return the food in order to get my money back. Since I couldn’t do that, I offered to send pictures of the uneaten food, but she still refused to issue a refund. I typically don’t leave negative reviews, but after receiving such poor food and being denied a refund, I felt it was necessary. I sincerely hope no one else has to go through a similar experience.
