Shiki Of Mocksville

This is my favorite place to dine! The waitstaff always greets us warmly and serves us with kindness. The food is consistently delicious.

We found a 4-inch hair in my friend's food. After taking a bite, he discovered the hair in his mouth. Our hair lengths and colors do not match the hair we found in the food. We requested a replacement dish and offered to pay for it, but the owner refused, citing that it would be a waste of money. Despite our willingness to pay, they did not provide a replacement dish or apologize for the incident. The owner even asked us not to disclose the hair in the food to anyone. We waited for an hour without receiving a new dish or an apology. This experience led us to vow never to return due to the extremely poor customer service. The owner's response to our complaint was dismissive and insulting. We were shocked by their lack of responsibility and refusal to accommodate us. We had to go to another restaurant to find a meal for my friend. It was a disappointing and disrespectful experience that left us feeling mistreated.

I absolutely love this place. Whenever I'm in town, I make sure to stay here. The staff is friendly, the food is delicious and the portion sizes are generous. Plus, everything is served quickly and at an affordable price. I can't get enough of it!

Great discovery on the way back to raleigh over 64, stolen they were open on a Sunday afternoon afternoon! service was super fast and friendly, eating was served hot with a tonne to select on the menu. the inner was comfortable and very clean. Thank you.

I’m very disappointed in my experience at Shiki in Mocksville! I’ve gone there for many years and I’ll never be going back. The order was completely wrong (typically if it’s just a slight mix up I’ll just take what they give me at any restaurant) the order was NOT at all what we ordered. We mentioned it to our server and he replied in the most disrespectful way, he looked at us waved his hand and said “just eat it.” Then 30 seconds later came back and took the food. When we told the front at the end of our meal about the disrespectful behavior (we did not make a scene we did all of this quietly) he laughed at us and got on the phone in the middle of our conversation. Terrible service. It was over all a very disrespectful experience.
