The atmosphere can be a bit off-putting at times, especially during slower hours when the staff might not be in the best mood. The restaurant has a cozy interior and exterior, and they provide restrooms for customers. The milkshakes are quite tasty. However, it's worth noting that there are often homeless individuals sitting at the tables and on the floor.

I placed an online order for takeout, which indicated a 20-minute wait time. Since I live in the neighboring city, that worked out perfectly for me. However, when I arrived, the staff informed me that they were out of sausage, so I had to select a different meat. This meant that I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my order. A quick phone call to notify me would have been appreciated, especially since my phone number was provided with the order. Good and bad customer service can make a significant difference, and unfortunately, I won’t be returning. Waiting 40 minutes for a fast food order that I placed online is simply unacceptable.

The food was excellent, and the customer service was outstanding. The banana splits are the best I've ever had! I definitely recommend this place to others. My family and I will definitely be back!

I've lived my whole life here and I've always seen this place. Ten years ago it was run down and sketched, but the food was always good. Again recently stood and they cleaned the place completely. New signed, new menus and nice staff. Definitely will start to go more often and explore more from their menu.

Bring cash or else theyre going to charge you extra to use your card and not tell you before hand. I brought their non cash charge up, and she copped her little attitude with me. I told her it's illegal to not tell somebody your going to charge them and then she copped even more of an attitude with me. Not exactly professional, rude to answer the phone and rude in person. Infinity is her name.
