Even if the industry suffers from a lack of personnel, you should keep some of them away from the customers! A serving woman reacted extremely snippy yesterday twice! On our question of sugar, we were called to be candy sugar in tea! Only on our request that we want sugar for coffee she brought us this! When we asked to take the bill, we were loudly encouraged to see if we weren't going to see that she had plates in her hand and would serve! This lady obviously missed her job!!!

Who wants to drink a real hot chocolate or loves perfect old school service is right here. A chocolate kiss with vanilla pudding filling and the day will be unforgettable.

It's always full of coffee, mostly older audiences. We only got a table in the winter garden part, where it was significantly cooler, not quite so pleasant in winter. The cake had the usual quality, the coffee was rather thin, was also given only on demand. We had a not very attentive service, which was mostly standing around and chatting with colleagues.

Always consistently high quality. Very delicious lunch, great breakfast selection, nice and friendly waitresses. We're regularly there.

The well-known Café Heinemann did not quite convince us that the cleanliness of the dishes left too much to be desired, even the service was not as much as it was desired for such a large café. The coffee was very good, the middle class cake.
