Good Food, Terrible Service, Excellent DécorMy wife and son came here on Aug 26 2023 by accident from Toronto on our way to Niagara. We just ordered simple meal and it took FOREVER!! Staff were nice but I don't know why we just waited and waited while those who ordered via drive-thru (or via online) were given higher priority which I feel isn't fair! Other than that the meal was great and especially the atmosphere with elegant-looking tables (see my pic). Would I return back? Unless I make a mistake and miss Hwy 403 from Hwy 401 and land in Milton again... maybe.

I have 30 minutes break in morning i ordered 4 drinks and food too the lady at drive thru took 15 minutes to prepare the order cars behind me started honking is that my fault. she gave me wrong order. Manager of this store has to pay attention on staff making your tim horton worst in gta i have never seen this much garbage service till now in my last 6 years in canada. thanks i hope for better service for other customers. good luck!
