Oberweis has some amazing milk, especially the chocolate milk, which I absolutely love. Their cookies and cream shakes are also fantastic—so rich and delicious! I usually visit this location's drive-thru, but tonight I came inside and was assisted by Haven, who provided exceptional customer service. I was really impressed! Thank you for the wonderful experience. I also appreciated that you took the time to ask how to spell my name.

Absolutely ridiculous—do not go here! The ice cream is freezer burnt, and they charge $1.59 just to remove toppings, not to add them! I tried to give them another chance, but it's just not worth it.

I typically have fantastic experiences at Oberweis and always look forward to visiting when I'm near one, but I was let down this time. I faced complications while ordering my usual customized banana royale, something I've been ordering for over 20 years. The new system attempted to charge me for substituting ice creams and toppings, but fortunately, the manager intervened when I raised my concerns. Although my preferred flavors made it into the dish, the whipped cream was flat, and instead of pecans, I received peanuts—definitely not what I wanted. The ice cream was also too soft, resulting in a presentation that was a mess, as you can see in the picture—something that should never have been served. To top it off, the banana was overly ripe and mushy. I hope this was just an isolated incident due to staff needing more training, as I have always been impressed with every location in the past.

The quality of the food is consistently excellent. One of the perks of paying $8.00 for a milkshake while dining in is that it’s typically served in a frozen schooner glass. However, my son and I recently received our milkshakes in glasses that had just come out of the dishwasher. While I appreciated that they were clean, the hot glasses caused our shakes to melt within minutes. I even inquired if they had any cold glasses available, but the staff said no and didn’t seem to care. I was quite disappointed.
