Chillie And Spice - Mole Valley

I am really concerned that when the driver delivered our order he complained about where we lived and told us that this restaurant will not deliver to us again. I am not sure why he was so rude to us. Very upset will not use this restaurant again.

We have been patrons of Chilli and Spice for a long time, but we have noticed a recent decline in the quality of the food. When we tried to order our usual takeout online, we encountered issues with missing dishes and incorrect prices, with additional charges adding up. We ended up calling to place our order and were surprised by the higher cost. When our food arrived, we did not receive a receipt from the delivery driver, who claimed he was not allowed to provide one. Upon inspection, we discovered that our popadoms were burnt. When we called Chilli and Spice to discuss the added cost on our bill, we were informed it was a delivery charge, despite our past experience of receiving free delivery for orders over £20. Additionally, we found the food to be lacking in flavor and overall quality. As long-time customers of Chilli and Spice, we are disappointed by these experiences and will not be returning in the future.

I have been visiting this restaurant for years. The food is excellent, but the online ordering process feels outdated, like it's from 1995. Please improve it, guys.

Worst curry. Cold. Chicken very dry, inedible. Tasted like it was Left by someone else. Veg samosas only consisted of potato. Called to complain and phone out down. Will never eat from there again

This restaurant is lovely! My family and I really enjoyed the delicious food. Even as a takeaway, the quality was still top-notch! I would definitely recommend this place.
