Yicken - Mole Valley

Unfortunately the Food was terrible Pancake rolls where full of grease I ordered an item and was sent the wrong thing , then although I never have before and they have always sent the right item when I phoned to complain, was told to order with the Chinese item on the menu , no apology or offer of correction The rice had gristle and soggy skin in it And the curry sauce had a burned flavour Only one dish was ok We have used this shop for years But won’t for a very long time , if ever again A real disappointment

Have been enjoying take away from the New Yicken for years and the food was always surprisingly good. Ordered food last night and it has definitely gone down hill and not the same at all. Bad enough that I won't be going back. Two dishes stood out as very poor, Singapore noodles and special fried rice. Overcooked and stodgy and lacking in flavour. Shame as these were always my favourites. I can only assume they have changed hands or got a new chef.

I ordered delivery and it arrived quickly and piping hot, which impressed me. The chicken chow mein was delicious. I ate too much, but luckily I have leftovers for tomorrow. Yum!

The food was so terrible. I once bought here ages ago and had the bin most of the food. I thought I would try ago as my favourite Chinese take away is closed for a bit. I will bin most of tonight’s food also. So chewy. So disappointed.

We ordered a variety of dishes for delivery last night, despite some negative reviews. The only place open was this restaurant, so we took a chance. We were pleasantly surprised as everything we received was fresh and delicious. The only disappointment was the special fried rice, which was a bit bland. Overall, we had a lovely experience and enjoyed our meal. Thank you.
