Panda Express - Moline

I had never visited this location before, so I decided to indulge my cravings and give it a try. The drive-thru took a bit of time, but I remained optimistic, considering many places close by 8 PM these days due to staffing shortages—especially in the fast food industry! I'm writing this review because Derek made my experience truly enjoyable. When I reached the window, I complimented his customer service, saying it was among the best I've encountered in the last two years. He responded, “Thank you, I try to provide a pleasant experience because I believe it makes everyone’s day a little better.” SO SHOUT OUT TO YOU, MAN! Your positivity is contagious, and I wish you all the happiness in your future endeavors! Coming from a patient 22-year-old. P.S. My food was warm and tasty.

The food was delicious and well-prepared, with fantastic flavors. The staff were friendly and exceptionally courteous, making for a pleasant dining experience.

I always have a good experience here. Every customer service encounter is always a positive one. HOWEVER, I had to give 4 stars for the inconsistency in the flavors of whatever I order that day. I normally order chow mein, Sweet Fire chicken the green bean sesame chicken. Sometimes the sweet fire has no heat tastes like orange chicken other times it’s perfect. Same with other items. I don’t like the mystery behind having a taste for something getting the taste of something else.

King pao chicken is delicious and the side of fried rice is too. There has been a time or two when I’d get the 'bottom of the barrel’ and get my order not as fresh. Portions are ok. The side order of greens lack something. Service very slow though.

I recently dined at Panda Express and was truly impressed by both the food and the service. Upon entering, I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile from the staff, who eagerly answered all my questions about the menu. The food was absolutely delightful—everything was fresh, hot, and cooked to perfection. I especially loved the orange chicken and Beijing beef; both were packed with flavor and had just the right amount of spice. What really stood out to me, though, was the exceptional cleanliness and hygiene at this location. The entire restaurant was immaculate, and the staff made a concerted effort to keep everything clean and sanitized. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Panda Express and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking delicious, high-quality Chinese food in a clean and inviting atmosphere. I definitely plan to return in the future!
