Radisson On John Deere Commons-moline

I enjoyed a quick relaxing stay and will be back soon. This location is downtown Moline, right by the river. You can take a beautiful walk on the river or enjoy a nice dinner at one of the restaurants within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, every time we walked through the doors, there was someone out there cleaning. The hotel offered free breakfast and the staff that was responsible for replenishing made sure that there was a sufficient amount of everything for everyone. There was also someone that walked around to clear plates and trash off of the tables. Everyone there was very friendly. We requested towels and extra toiletries and someone delivered them to our room in 5 mins. My son and I had a great stay at this hotel, my son said that he felt like he was staying at a Disney Hotel. We will definitely be back for our next baseball tournament.

May 11 12 2022 This Hotel should get much higher ratings. It is a beautiful building, but that is not the reason we continue to enjoy staying at your hotel. We chose to celebrate our 54th wedding anniversary again this year, as we did last year. Our stay was rescued from a less than 5 star rating because of your staff. Michael, from the front desk, quickly responded to our air conditioning problem. It was a mechanical malfunction, made worse by record breaking heat. He was very sympathetic and promptly moved us to a different room.Another person that needs recognition and sadly I didn't ask her name, is the breakfast lady. She was friendly, helpful and right there when needed. But where's the decaf coffee? Breakfast was rather disappointing.Things needing more attention updating and cosmetic cleaning. There was a large black mark on the bedroom wall and looked as if a marker had been used on the ottoman in the sitting area. Also, there was a faint cigarette odor in the room ?)Bed was very comfortable, with nice linen.

The hotel could use some updates to the actual building. It's a little run down. The gym equipment is lacking or broken. I have to stay here quarterly for business.Breakfast is the same every single day. Waffles, Jimmy Dean Sandwiches in the microwave, biscuits and gravy, and some fruit.It would be nice to have scrambled eggs or even hard boiled eggs.The staff was all very nice and friendly. Maintenance was pretty quick as well.

Shower took more than 5 minutes to warm up from freezing cold. Noisy train nearby as well as the TaxSlayer Center noise if an event is going on while you are staying there. Good customer service though. Very outdated, the bathroom literally looked like a rundown cabin.
