Írjon visszajelzéstI took my mother-in-law, who can no longer walk unaided, to the mall yesterday in hopes of finding a wheelchair. However, the customer service was lacking. There was no information available in the directory, and the management office was unstaffed. It seems you don't offer such basic services, which explains why this mall has declined from its once bustling state. We ended up driving her to Kohl's, where they had multiple wheelchairs available and plenty of staff ready to assist. What a missed opportunity for your establishment!
