Steak 'n Shake - Monaca

This restaurant experience was absolutely dreadful! We arrived with five people and found ourselves awkwardly waiting to be seated in a corner. The tables were dirty everywhere we looked. Eventually, the hostess noticed us, but she had no personality and sat us at a dirty table. Our waitress had a similarly unwelcoming demeanor. I ordered chili, which was incredibly disappointing, while my companions had burgers and cold fries. It was honestly the worst dining experience we've had in a long time! It’s no surprise the place was empty on a Thursday night at 5 PM. The restaurant is poorly managed, with the staff seemingly uninterested in their work. Many of the waitresses just stood around, and all the dirty tables remained that way even after we left. It felt like a group of employees who didn’t want to be there at all!

I absolutely loved it! The food was fantastic, and the service was excellent. The prices were quite reasonable too! Our waitress was exceptional. Thank you!

The food was amazing! The service was a bit slow, but considering the price, it’s definitely worth it. I can't wait to try the shakes and fries next time!
