Mcdonald's - Monaghan

I was very disappointed this time at McDonald's. I usually go there because the food is great and the facilities are clean, but not on this occasion.

The service at this restaurant is very poor and the food is always delayed. Even for a simple breakfast, I was the first in line but served last. It is concerning that they do not use gloves to prepare food, especially in the midst of a pandemic.

I visit McDonald's often with my daughter as a special treat at the end of the week or for special occasions. I must say, the food we receive is always fresh and made quickly. There was one instance where I received the wrong items on my burger, but it was fixed promptly. All the staff are polite and friendly, and it's great to see the franchise owners occasionally greeting customers on the floor.

Nice to see the latest touch screen ordering kiosks here in Monaghan. Its a busy place and the self service option is easy to use. The food is delivered quickly and there is even an option to have it delivered to your table. Restaurant is clean and tidy even on a busy Saturday.

I only called in for lunch. I have been several times. Fast friendly hot food spotless. Easy parking
