Blue Sea Fish & Chips Take Away

This restaurant is absolutely amazing! The portion sizes were extremely generous, the staff was friendly, and the potato cakes were delicious. My housemates and I were searching for a place that reminded us of the fish and chip shops in small towns, and Blue Sea delivered all the way down to the butcher paper wrapping. We will definitely be returning and are thrilled to have found such a great and reasonably priced spot in the area.

Great food at this fish and chip shop! Their burger with all the toppings is especially tasty, with a perfectly grilled beef patty.

This fish and chip shop reigns supreme over all others. Particularly compared to the low quality food served in Oakleigh, which somehow still receives positive reviews. I have been a resident of Oakleigh for more than 40 years, and the food there is terrible. The chips are always greasy and have never been good, nor have they made any improvements. If it weren't for their location, they would have gone out of business long ago.

Everything is always so tasty and fresh here! Good portions as well. I always get the fishy basket, love the seafood bits : just wish they were open on Mondays and Tuesdays!

Best fish chips in the area!! nicest staff ever too. their calamari rings are always cooked perfectly and their fish always tastes fantastic. good souvis too!
