This is one of a number of food outlet in the new Food Court in the extension to Chadstone Shopping Centre.An attractive outlet with a good Vietnamese menu of noodles, pho and rice rolls.The rice rolls are made on site - you can watch them being made at one end of the counter.Al the food is made to order and so thee is an average wait of around 10 minutes.It is worth the wait to get a steaming bowl of pho with delicious broth, good noodles and a generous portion of all the ingredients. I struggled to finish my serving.Great - and at very fair prices for the quality.

There are many options to choose from at this restaurant. The staff is friendly. The wait for my order was reasonable, considering it is a Sunday and a busy weekend. The delicious pho (number 9) was full of flavor and packed with fresh vegetables and tofu. The soup was good, but not as tasty as the pho (especially when compared to other vegetarian pho options). A suggestion for improvement would be to provide napkins on the table next time.

My wife and I had lunch at this restaurant recently. I ordered the beef pho noodles and my wife had the chicken pho noodles. Each dish cost $13.50. Unfortunately, the soup did not taste good and the overall quality was very poor. We would not eat here again.

We stopped a fast snack in miss saigon, one of a lot of fast food in the extended food dish in the chadstone shopping center. the main items for sale were reispaper rolls and we picked two of them. they were. very decent, but it was lacking in the pulsating aromes that we connect with Vietnamese dips. the rolls were on the larger size and the price-performance ratio was decent. it was on the afternoon on a Sunday ende november and to find a place in the super hectic masses that throttled chadstone was quite difficult. our advice is to avoid eating here at lunchtime.
