Ruebens Street Food - Monash

Ok food but as usual rude staff. Bald guy who appears to be the owner was average until we asked for a second plate so we could share. Plonked our meal on table. Not a word. Then we asked fo second plate. He brought that and plonked that down without a smile or a word. We were polite and thanked him but not even the slightest response. We were the only ones near the place but we had to tell him a table number. No effort whatsoever. Why was Nandos full and this joint empty. We will find out next time. Wake up people. You are running a restaurant. Please pretend you give a damn.

The atmosphere at this restaurant is relaxed and the staff are laid-back, providing friendly and efficient service.

Tried Cote Terra on Yelp's recommendation and was not disappointed. The place as a great atmosphere, the staff are knowledgeable and helpful, the coffee

The food was decent, but once again, the staff was rude. The owner, Mr. Soon Kerl, seemed average until we requested a second plate to share our meal. He put it on our table without saying a word. When we asked for the plate, he handed it over without a smile or any sort of acknowledgment. We were courteous and thanked him, but he didn't even give a simple response. Despite being the only customers near the square, we had to tell him our table number. It felt like there was no effort put into the service. It was baffling to see Nandos full while this restaurant was empty. Hopefully, they improve next time. They need to remember that they are running a restaurant and should at least pretend to care.

I absolutely adore this restaurant.
