Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The customer service at this restaurant is terrible. The young woman working (short, light-skinned, wearing glasses, and a blue fleece sweatshirt) completely ignored the 5 of us waiting in the lobby. After waiting for 15 minutes (I timed it), we informed the drive-thru cashier. The person in the drive-thru then told her we were waiting, and she responded that we would have to wait because she was busy filling drive-thru orders, even though we had been waiting before those customers. She definitely needs better training as soon as possible.

We quickly made our way through the fast food line and were pleased with how fast it was. The food was hot and our order was correct, which we were grateful for.

I cannot deal with Popeyes. Every time I have gone there, they have messed up my order, forgotten items, or served cold and hard food. They need to improve their service!

This place is absolutely filthy and no one touching food was wearing gloves. Where’s DHEC???

Who ever owns this place should be ashamed at the service and how long it takes to get the lazy staff to do their job. It is awful and needs to go ahead and shut down.
