Sonic Drive-in - Moncks Corner

Forever a disappointment. Never can get simple orders right nor care to remedy the error. Don't bother calling, their kids won't answer. Find a better place, sad to say but burger king is next door and even they can do better

Have yet to get the food we ordered and pay for. We have gone there 3 times and each time we get home, up to half of what we ordered and paid for is not in the bag. We've called twice and were told to let them know on our next visit and they will give us what they forgot to but into the bag. When we did that, the person we spoke to didn't know anything about it and would not give us the food that was missing. I'd say next time, we will empty the bag out and make sure everything is in there, but there is not going to be a next time. We'll just go somewhere else that has better service and pays attention to details.

Haven't been to this Sonic in a while, service was great and fast I don't remember her name but I know it started with a V, She was very pleasant with a calming voice a great person for first contact. She's a great hire! LOVE THE NEW PAINT

We ordered via drive thru versus car stand (not sure that is the correct terminology). Ordering was easy. the server repeated our order to ensure accuracy, and we were served within 4 minutes but a friendly, respectful employee.
