Boston Pizza - Moncton

We stopped by because we saw a sign that said "Pasta Night $11.99".It was 5 pm. We waited to be greeted, although there were very few people in the restaurant. Then, when we finally got seated, we waited a long time for a server to even say "hello" to us..... waited to get drinks...... waited to place our orders. I specifically asked which pasta dish was on for $11.99, and the waitress said, "all of them". Then I ordered the pesto chicken pasta...... she said "there's an extra charge for the chicken"!!!!! What?!? I just laughed and ordered it anyway. It was just "ok". It was dry and lacked flavor. Would NOT go back on "pasta night".

Je vais au Boston Pizza de Moncton chaque année. Le service est très bon. Les employés sont jeunes et dynamiques. Certains d'entre eux parlent français. Les plats sont délicieux. Le restaurant est très propre.

Excellent service. Le personnel était bilingue. L'accueil était chaleureux et le service rapide. Le restaurant est bien situé et facile d'accès

Newly renovated.....Came in for dinner and now bench seats and tables. The menu still has a good variety and some basics that stayed which is a good thing.Service was excellent and the food too. The portions were great. 3 of us actually had to box the leftovers and take them home.The food was fresh and served hot. Like I stated our server was excellent and checked on everything to make sure we did not need anything else and that our orders were ok.

We visited this restaurant during a family weekend in Moncton. We have 2 young kids and we'd had a long day of activity. Everyone was tired and a little cross. We had chosen Boston Pizza because my husband had received several gift cards as birthday presents a few days prior. At the end of our meal, our server was running the gift cards through for payment and realized that two of the cards had not been activated. We were embarrassed and disappointed but she (Courtney) was so great and went to talk to the manager. The manager told us that he would honor the gift cards anyway. I was floored. I was expecting perhaps some advice and I was ready to pay for the remaining balance. I was so pleased by the professionalism and kindness at this restaurant. These days you don't often get to experience such a personal touch, particularly at a chain restaurant. I'll be paying it forward for sure.
