Thaïzone - Moncton

This is the best Thai food I have ever had. If you're in Moncton, you absolutely have to check this place out. The dinners are incredible, and the desserts are delicious. The staff is very friendly, and the prices are quite reasonable. I would definitely rate it a five-star experience!

I previously had an issue where my imperial rolls were forgotten, but before I could even mention it, the lovely manager immediately offered to prepare them for me. Instead of the usual four, she made me eight! She sincerely apologized for the oversight. The staff member responsible for the rolls was also prompt in addressing the situation, handling it quietly and without making me uncomfortable. Throughout the experience, the manager kept checking in on me and even offered me a complimentary fountain drink, likely because I was understanding rather than rude. Although I wouldn’t have minded waiting 20 minutes total, this small inconvenience turned into an overall enjoyable visit!

The food was fresh and expertly prepared, and the staff was both friendly and attentive. While the prices were on the higher side, you definitely get what you pay for. I had shrimp fried rice and dumplings for $17, which included a drink. My only wish is that there could have been a bit more shrimp and that it was served hotter, but I suppose the general preference might be for milder dishes.

I brought my son here. we liked our meals. he had the children eating chicken roast. he liked it. good size portion for children meal. I have chicken teriyaki, it was good and filled. the only thing I wanted was that I wanted more of the drinking money for the child's meal. was only offered fountain machine.

Great food, but depending on the server, sometimes you feel like you are a number. If you are serving the public at the counter, please smile just once : and we should not feel stupid if we do not know the menu or the options. You work there, we don't. The food is great though. Remember, people might not remember what you said, not remember what you did, but they will always remember how you made them feel.
