The setting is very pretty, plunging into a valley of Naxos olive trees. But 10 euros for a glass of local wine, even organic, is still an abuse rarely achieved in Naxos... I take into account that it may sound unbelievable but I hope for your sake that you will believe me. We stayed 2 nights at Helena's place and then extended our stay for another night, because we couldn't leave this amazing place. the room is accurate to every detail, decorated with unique style. the whole place is extraordinary , the view is amazing, the surrounding villages are dreamy and that it is not just the most amazing thing here. The most amazing thing is the hospitality we received from the owner of the place. I'm afraid to develop expectations but we received ten star hospitality, with amazing surprises in the form of a yoga class, a massage, an amazing dinner and much more. All the food here is locally produced from the surrounding villages, everything is fresh, delicious. I know it sounds like an invited criticism but it's not, really not. We just feel in the sky. Highly recommended.

My wife and I decided to stay here for our honeymoon in June. Helen and her staff did not disappoint. The location is remote, quiet, and truly a getaway experience that is unforgettable. Helen gave us a two day itinerary to explore the island in our rental car. Everyday we had a homemade breakfast that was all locally sourced and fantastic. The resort itself is stunning. The only thing I wished was we stayed a night or two more (we did 3 nights). Helen is an amazing host and really made sure we made the most of our time on Naxos. We stayed at ELaiolithos for 3 nights during our honeymoon and I wish we had more time here! Accommodations we stayed in the Helen of Troy room and it was so beautifully decorated. Every corner of the rooms had something interesting to see and the balcony had the most glorious view of the mountain range. The common area has a gorgeous pool and lounge chairs. The restaurant area has beautiful views and all the decor is curated with beautiful local items and artwork. The space is very peaceful and quiet. My husband would want me to add that he loved the gym which is brand new he used it every day! Food I cannot say enough good things about the food. The breakfast was fresh and filling and we had several lunches and dinners here as well. I think we tried more than half the menu. The ingredients are all locally sourced and you can taste how fresh and crisp the produce was. The local wine was also a favorite of mine, I couldn’t get enough of it! The host Helen explained where each of the ingredients came from (goat cheese from her brother’s farm, olives from the grove across the street, etc. Hospitality Helen and her staff were just incredible. They made us feel like family and we’re always available to us. Helen surprised us with massages and yoga which we loved. She also gave us great recommendations for food and sights. We felt like we got a taste of the beautiful culture of Naxos and we would not have had such an experience without Helen. Location the hotel is situated about 30 minutes from Naxos town and the beaches. We rented a car and drove up. The drive was an adventure on its own. We saw so many beautiful mountains, farms with free range goats, olive trees, the coast line and marble quarries. The location is perfect for a full Naxos experience. We spent time in Halki, Chora and the beaches. Helen recommended a more private beach which we LOVED. You must ask her about it! Thank you so much Helen, Pamela, and Katerina! ELaiolithos is a place that makes you feel like home (if you are like me growing up in a small town now live in a crowded city . It has splendid mountain view, peaceful star night, fresh breeze, and wonderful workers. If you can’t stay a night at the hotel, at least come for their food (highly recommended to come with a group so you can enjoy everything, but also recommend for couples or small family . Rooms: Room decor is one of the kind. AC functions very well but windows with net are sufficient for guests to enjoy natural breeze. Food drinks: Breakfast is above and beyond any luxury hotel experience you could find. They have everything from local farm. Highly recommended to have at least one meal here and beef sausage is a must-try. Big serving of food(full of love; Noteworthy details: Hotel workers are all very nice and attentive.
