Pick A Pizza - Monmouthshire

I had a disappointing experience at this takeaway last Sunday when I ordered a pizza and chips. It took an hour for the delivery to arrive, and when it did, the chips were cold and soggy. The pizza was covered in plastic cheese, lukewarm, and I couldn't even eat it. It cost me over £17 and was the worst pizza experience I've had in my 56 years.

I arrived 30 minutes late to the restaurant. The pizza was barely warm, the chips were cold, hard, and chewy as if they had been sitting out for a long time. They also forgot one of the sides and brought the wrong drink. Overall, it was a disappointing experience for the £30 I spent. This is what happens when you choose a local pizza place instead of Domino's.

This restaurant has the friendliest staff I have ever encountered. The young man who served us was polite and professional. The pizza was satisfying, not greasy, and I highly recommend getting the stuffed crust. The nuggets were also delicious. I will definitely be returning soon!

We ordered two pizzas for takeaway and both me and my step son had food poisoning. Would never eat here again. No social distancing practices being applied to in the take away either. Appalling!

My family always come here when they have a pizza and it is far better than domino's! Staff are always very friendly and the food received is always of an excellent quality and standard.
