Primo Pasta - MONOPOLI

I ate a pasta with heavy fish, tomato, mint, lemon and orange. I am not a big fan of the fruits of the sea, but it was very delicious! also the pasta that served them with fish was good. I advise this place to all who want to eat something special, good and Italian.

That was the best gnocchi we ever had. the staff is extremely helpful and friendly, they also speak English. it is a self-service place (here they follow the instructions, which is a great thing, because they can have a delicious meal for several euro. the location is near the centro storico.

Good pasta, many geese, regular size or xl. sweet or sharp.

Friendly stuff and delicious pasta. Forget about trattorias. You have to eat here.

Finally, a modern, fast-food-but-good approach to traditional food in Italy. We enjoyed this place very much. Service was great, the pastas were terrific. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a casual experience.
