Bojangles - Monroe

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. A staff member handled trash in the area and then proceeded to prepare food without washing their hands. I waited 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence. I ordered online and waited an additional 20 minutes for my food. Instead of handing it to me directly, the staff member awkwardly passed it to me over a cluttered table. The restaurant wasn't even busy. The management really needs to retrain their staff on customer service and basic courtesy. I can only give 1 star for the food.

They treated my mother to some delicious bacon. I recommend that anyone visiting with someone using a walker or wheelchair enter through the line at the entrance on the road. Although it's a bit farther from the handicapped parking area, it's much easier to navigate in and out! This Bojangles location tends to be less crowded and is also much more attractive than the others in the city.

It seems like this place is never busy, and I can see why: the service is really lacking. They informed me that their system was down and couldn't tell me when it would be back up, so I ended up leaving after waiting for 10 minutes. If I owned this business, I would fire everyone working inside.

I stopped tonight to eat tonight. Manager Terry (I'm sorry if I spelled that I took my order wrong and made sure our food was correct. He even checked twice if I wanted pickles on my sandwich, as it was done because I left them on the order. (I'm not a huge pimple fan, but sometimes will she eat??? Terry was polite, professional and really comes as a care about the customer and the food that comes from his restaurant. We have some bojangles near us, but that will be what we choose from here. Thank you for a great experience.

So I went in and got a combo, I forgot to get a straw so I open the lid and took a sip. Right away I notice a red hair inside. Disgusting, don?t come in here.
