Chick-fil-a - Monroe

What can I even complain about Chickfila? Absolutely nothing. They are the fastest, friendly, consistent and show the kindest of all fast food restaurants where we often spend our money. We almost always order our food on the app for time and comfort. We have never been disappointed by our food or service. Very happy that we have such a great child-friendly restaurant to go with healthy options. The only place I eat in monroe mall except red bowl

The food was wrong. The staff is super rude. Drive to 74 for better food and service.

Was waiting for it to open already in line and they allowed other people to cut in front of me my daughter and grandson they told the people

I've never been inside this location, the wife and I usually stop and go through the drive-thru on our way out of town. It's always incredibly busy but the keep the line moving fairly quick. They always manage to mess my order up somehow. But the staff is very friendly. Parking can also be difficult if it's crowded.
