Geno's Italian - Monroe

I haven't spaghetti for years. it was like I'm going to my grandmother. eating and the ppl becomes a more regular!

We chose Geno's for our 35th wedding anniversary. It has been 14 years since we were last here. It is the best Italian restaurant in town. Dine inside or outside on the patio. They are only open Tuesday through Saturday.

Very welcoming and nice people. Romantic atmosphere, great for a date night. Great service. Great price for the quality of the food. Not quantity, but quality-(there’s a difference) Best lasagna I’ve ever had. I will continue to frequent this place.

Overall very fair Italian. Waitress was friendly and attentive, the overall atmosphere is not your typical restaurant. I had the famous lasagna, a lot of meat and not enough cheese. The portion to price for the small size was a little steep. Cheese bread was good and Ceasar salad was fair. Would probably not return, but it was worth a try.
