Mcdonald's - Monroe

The location moved vehicles quickly through the line and I ordered at 18:48 clock, then I moved forward to pick up the order less than a minute later. I was told that the mcflurry I ordered would be ready in a small bed and pull forward and they would bring it to me. I moved forward and ate this whole meal and had not yet the mcflurry. I went in to get it, and I didn't finally get it until 19:23 pm, more than 1/2 hour to make a mcflurry. which, of course, did not do because I heard that they would do it right before they came out and handed it over to me half an hour later. my call: a f- for today.

I don't eat at mcdonald 's after today each of these pommes are soggy full of fat. they are hot, but they are only half cooked, it is simply pitiful the dame in the cash has no respect when they 're going, someone on the front counter at least let them know how to talk to people. the manager there he is so polite that he is so sweet in the blue hemd if he had not corrected the situation that I would have been a more unsatisfactory customer. they know that the facility was clean, as if they always had a line hanging out in the street cuz we love our sweet tee, but "I'll get for this tee cuz I don't have to go back to md. The service is hit or missed, but eating is always mumbling. even the mcgriddle don't bump as it was also used. hadn't even gone to this place again if it wasn't for girls that I was there at that time.

The food was fine. The wait in the drive-thru was ridiculous

Tried to get some lunch and employees and manager where having a screaming fight from drive thru window to parking lot. Manager and employees were very rude
