Mcdonald's - Monroe

I?ve been coming to this McDonalds my whole life. This is the only location that always gets my order right. The staff are also great. The customer service isn?t stiff and forced, they are super funny and great to talk with, they leave you in a great mood. Love this location

Got a big Mac, now on the menu for 50 odd years, had the wrong patty, missing a patty, was pink in the middle and so incredibly salty It made me stop and look at my burger. Horrible. I used the app, and it still took them 25 min to get my 1 burger out.

Despite the lines in the drive thru being long, it surprisingly took less time than expected. Order was actually correct. The young lady that took our money was very polite. The woman working the window that gave us our order was not. She never said a word to us. Just handed a bag out the window, then handed out the tray with the drinks..... never pausing in the conversation she was having with a couple other employees about their plans. Maybe they should wait until break time, or until they're off work to chit chat.... not lunch time on a weekday.

I love my McDonald's at Monroe. The atmosphere is always fun and the attention to Customer Services is a plus. They are always willing to help customers in any way they can. I love the music and the bathrooms are always cleaned. I took my 93-year old aunt (she is visiting) and we had a blast. Keep up the great work. It is always good to return and visit you. Thank you!!!
