Mcdonald's - Monroe

South of the city-local on the state route 111 (monroe turnpike), they have just completed a top down renovation and added a second auto-thru-lane. seating in free (weather permit.) since the renovation they seem more concrete on the drive _thru at the cost of the front counter.

Don’t come here, the employees here are just retarted. lady at the drive through made me pay for someone else’s order thinking it was my mobile order, when it wasn’t and said my mobile order didn’t go through, then i payed for the wrong order and the card went through (for someone else’s order) still haven’t gotten refunded for THEM MAKING PAYING FOR THE WRONG ORDER. i’ve been waiting here for 50 minutes it makes no sense.

Visited there Wednesday January 26 at 8:57pm 2022 tried to order inside the restaurant. They informed me they were only doing drive through or curb side pick up so I went elsewhere. There’s no restrictions in place no sign informing they close differently from there advertised hours. Just wondering why?

Once again I paid for large fries and got the large container half full AGAIN. What the hell is wrong with these people?

Since there renovations the food is sub par they need team meetings to be on the same page! It will get better once they have experience people there cooking skills need retraining stop over cooking the fries ?
