O'charley's Restaurant Bar - Monroe

The food was very good. Had the $14.99 special of grilled chicken and cod. We were not in a while and we knew they had a free cake on Wed and asked, but they don't do that anymore. After I was paid and ready to leave, I saw a paper stand that said they offer bully for $1.99 on Wed. Our waitress trained another one and they were good, but it would have been nice if she had picked up our question about the cake and suggested the waiter. All three of us would probably have ordered it. They could not make much of this offer, but they would have won points for future visits.

Great location and price for the meal, it?s good food and clean. Portions at the Monroe location are very small. Location in Concord was better. LOVE THE YEAST ROLLS!!!!!

Liz was our waitress and she was absolutely AMAZING!!! Very friendly and attentive. A great lunch experience! One of the best I had in a very long time. Thanks Liz for your great customer service and warm smile. Do you take care?

Good fries. Nice salad from one of my 6th party sweet tea. A few details that didn't do anything to enjoy a meal with employees I found strange. The chicken they are currently able to deliver was not good quality. classified as overrated, in the form of chicken breeders. Everyone was surprised when my fish arrived. The part was quite small. It was also overcooked. When 1 of our table was asked if something was wrong, because she didn't want her leftovers to go. That was when this single issue concerning the offers was reported. It was treated by a manager.

Vanessa was amazing! Our order was on site (and I am one of them I can instead of people). She was friendly and friendly. Smiling and cheerful. She kept our drinks full and made sure that our order was served in time. Our meals were brought to perfection. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was relaxing. The entire staff was professional and yet personal. A great experience. Will definitely visit again when in the area.
