Piccadilly Cafeteria - Monroe

I don't get to eat a Piccadilly often, so I take advantage when I can. I was almost deterred from eating here. There was a smell upon entering the establishment however once I got a few steps in, it faded away. It was lunch time so of course there was a rush. The lady that was ringing up the orders was extremely SLOW!!!! By the time I sat down; my food was cool almost cold. The manager, she was walking around critiquing everything, flirting with people. She finally switched with the lady on the register and moved the line a little quicker. Overall it was just OK. If I'm ever passing through here again, I probably wouldn't return.

Food was delicious. Servers could have been more informative about choices and prices. Latasha took good care of us. Will return soon.

When I first walked in it smelled normal everything?s fine. Until we got through the door. Right when you walk in and grab your tray you see many crumbs and food on the carpet. The person handing out our food was zoned out and most likely on something. So there was another lady that came out. I said chicken tenders and they gave me fried chicken. I didn?t say anything because I didn?t want to seem annoying. I also was dripping sweat because of how hot it was in there. They had about three fans in the worker area. Do they care about their customers? The bread was very cold and stale. I took one bite of the chicken and gagged it tasted like it was put in a toaster. The table was very very sticky. It tasted like a drink was spilt and never cleaned up. The table was not wiped up with many crumbs. I only got 3 things so thank god. The workers were so scared they were gonna get a bad review to the other workers that my girlfriend went to ask the workers to throw something away and the worker stopped handling out our food to stare at her scared about something so I said she?s just throwing away. Very bad experience, 1 star.

I guess their air was broken. It was very hot inside. I was sweating while eating dinner. Food was okay. Most people working there were friendly, but there was one who seemed like she didn't want to be there. I felt bad asking for food. The bathrooms were not in good order and were pretty dirty. The rest of the restaurant didn't feel clean either. Would not recommend.

What has happened to Piccadilly? This is the second time I've visited and the air has been out. None of the tables are bussed and the line people are rude as well as the wait staff. Today I witnessed the most disgusting behavior between two waitresses and a what I assume was a manger or supervisor. All were screaming and hollering at each other about who is working what section and she didn't tell me she was back from break and the other threatening the other and the manger cussing them both. Right there in the middle of the restaurant. I asked them 3 times while they were fighting for silverware and none would even acknowledge me. When a girl finally came up she said im not your waitress but can I get you anything. What a shame. Food quality is down. Customer service is down and prices are up. Wont go back.
