Just as I was about to leave, I inquired if they were taking orders. One of the staff replied that they were, but she sounded overwhelmed and mentioned how busy they were. Then, she continued to move around for another minute without really addressing me. It seemed like they were training someone, but there was no greeting or assurance that they would help me soon; it really felt like I was disturbing them. To make matters worse, there was no one else in line, and they don't allow for advance orders."

Yes, it’s Starbucks, but this location holds a special charm! It’s the first one in Monroe, and it’s my favorite. The clientele is largely made up of regulars, yet the atmosphere is warm and inviting—no pretentiousness here. I truly appreciate the managers and staff. Although the space is small, they run things efficiently and offer most of the items you'd find at larger locations. While there isn't a drive-thru, there is plenty of parking available. One of the biggest advantages of this spot is the consistently high quality of their drinks.
My daughter and I sampled the peppermint mochas, and they are absolutely delightful! We truly value the baristas as they are incredibly kind to us; we feel like they are part of our family!
The coffee at this place is delightful, and the customer service is excellent. However, they only have one barista, which can result in longer wait times.
