Taco Bell - Monroe

This restaurant experience was really poor. My family and I had a visit there and ended up missing four tacos. The supervisor, a young man with dark hair, actually smiled through the drive-thru window when we tried to explain the issue. We had to knock on the window again for assistance and a different employee eventually gave us three of the missing tacos. When we requested to speak to the manager, we were shocked to learn that the person who had initially closed the window on us was actually the manager. It was a terrible way to handle the situation. We definitely do not recommend dining here. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. The whole experience felt disgusting. We ended up wasting $28 and some change. As an update, I contacted customer service to report the incident. No one should have a door slammed in their face when trying to address a mistake that they paid for.

The staff at this restaurant was terrible. They were rude, kept entering the wrong order, and insisted that it was correct on their screen. When I received my order, it was wrong and incomplete. The manager, who had bad acne and a bad attitude, reluctantly offered to fix the mistake and said there was no general manager to speak to. I spent $28 and my order was still wrong. I do not recommend visiting this establishment.

We decided to give this restaurant another chance despite our bad experience before. However, after waiting an hour for our order and receiving food that tasted burnt, covered in a salty sauce, we were highly disappointed. We tried calling the number listed on the door, but only received automated computer tones in response. Ultimately, we ended up throwing away our food as it was inedible. We will not be returning to this establishment again.

Place is terrible. they ignore them at the desk, workers are unfriendly and do not speak. too much chit chat in the kitchen is why the load has an overflow car from the autobahn spilling in the street all the time. tables are always dirty and the employees avoid making eye contact with them trembling to clean them for them! this taco bell is very bad.

Best Taco Bell hands down. Always open when you need them, normally never run out of things and the customer service is good. That's why they are always busy and I hope they stay in business!Thank you folks!
