Each child has an entry fee of around $20, and you can bring in two adults for free with each child. What's also great is that you can leave and come back throughout the day as long as you keep your receipt—so convenient! You can buy an activity card to engage in their games and ride the moto-bikes, but we didn't, and that was perfectly fine. We visited around noon on a Saturday, and it wasn't crowded at all. They do sell snacks, so you're not allowed to bring in outside food or drinks. However, it's located in a shopping plaza with plenty of dining options, making it easy to step out for a meal and then return to play more. I'm giving it four stars instead of five because the staff was just average. They seemed inattentive, and the girl at the main counter was quite robotic and lacking in personality. When we were ready to leave, we had to wait to be buzzed out, and I tried to get a staff member's attention; she visibly turned and walked away instead of helping. The staff just looked unhappy, as if they disliked their jobs. Luckily, my kids didn't pick up on this, but it was definitely noticeable to me. Overall, go for the fun experiences for the kids, but don’t expect much from the staff, and you'll have a great time!

My child really enjoys this place! They have a designated area for infants and toddlers, as well as a larger space for older kids to climb and slide down various slides. There are claw machines that guarantee a win every time, so kids don’t get frustrated trying to win prizes. There’s also plenty of seating available for parents to relax and watch their kids play. If you prefer not to carry snacks with you, they offer simple snack options as well. The music is played at a comfortable volume, but if you're looking for a more energetic atmosphere, you can head to the dance room for a lively experience.

The men's restroom was appalling; it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, with trash strewn everywhere and urine on the floor. My biggest issue during my visit on August 23, 2023, was with the staff. The two female employees who assisted me were quite rude and didn’t seem interested in welcoming my family at all. Instead, they spent their time chatting and gossiping with one another. I paid almost exactly in cash, and my change was supposed to be just 20 cents. However, the employee curtly informed me that she had sent my receipt to my email and that I'd need to come back later for my change. At the end of our visit, the same staff member tried to give me 20 filthy pennies she had apparently dug out from a back dumpster. I refused the pennies and asked if she had any other coins, to which she rudely replied no, claiming their safe was locked and she couldn’t access any change. I questioned how she managed to get the 20 pennies if the safe was locked, but she ignored me and tried to brush me off. When I asked for the manager's name, the employees became even ruder and intolerant, stating that the manager was named Emily. I have not received any follow-up since then. I will not be returning to this location!

Great place for a playdate and/or a party! Lots of different things for every child to do.

ITS A GREAT PLACE TO TAKE YOUR CHILDREN....THEY WILL SURE HAVE FUN WITH THE SLIDES AND ALL THE OTHER ACTIVITIES THAT THEY HAVE FOR YOU TO DO....IT ALSO WORKS AS AN EXERCISE FOR YOUR CHILDREN....SO BY THE TIME YOU GET HOME, THEIR BATTERY IS DRAINED AND ITS NIGHT NIGHT FOR THEM LOL...BUT I REALLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN BETWEEN THE AGES OF 7-14
