The city castelfalfi is a place for German and they are bonker for all toskana. this was an average restaurant before it was fanned and it is now one of the most inspired in the opposite. Take a fit on the restaurants near Montaione....Typical toscan pizza has a very thin crust that does not include me. the pizza in il rosmarino is some of the best I had in a pizzeria in the toskana. we also ordered a ravioli court with an auberginal filling (can not find it on the online menu) and a caprese, both were skrumbling. the spacious terrace is very comfortable. we will definitely return.

This is the trattoria of the Hotel Il Castelfalfi. Do not expect a special culinary evening here, but the food is good and the prices are fair. Good pizza, starters are nice as well and even the steak Fiorentina was good. Very good and friendly...service, wine choice is ok, so if you are in the hotel and you want to go for a quick and nice meal this is the place to go. the people are nice, the food is not very special but good so it really fits its purpose. A quick bite next to the hotel.
