Kare Kare Rice Bowl from Max's Restaurant Whoever thought of this is a genius. When you are craving for Kare Kare this hits the spot. Beef and ox tripe with that flavorful sauce and yummy bagoong how can you go wrong. Good job Max's next time I will try the Crispy Pata Rice Bowl
