Excellent restaurant in a small village Bard du Haut Forez on the heights above Montbrison. Fine (see pictures). Welcome and service attentive. I recommend the menu to about 33 euros enters dessert cheese dish. The price is justified given the quality of the original homemade kitchen. We are away from standard kitchens to 15 20 euros of some restaurants sometimes insipid...
3-course tasting menu: excellent! Everything was good, and the mix of flavors is just sublime. Unusual ingredients with changed tastes and textures, a presentation of neat foods. The photo dish is the duck in its honey-purified panais sauce, the best! A great place and small care managers. Thank you!
