Eagle Rock Cafe - Montclair

Really friendly staff and glad Upper Montclair has a decent co-working space. Never too crowded and always a private place to take calls. 1 less star for the wacky parking situation. There should be more signs in the parking lot telling patrons of the coffee place that the parking lot surrounding the building (the obvious place to park) is not for use by coffee shop customers. Parked the car and then had to go back and move it after seeing the sign on the door. But folks should support this place so we can keep it around!!

This charming little hidden gem boasts fantastic coffee and a laid-back, inspiring atmosphere. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming! I enjoyed a delicious caramel latte while taking a conference call. The main area can feel a bit cozy, but I had the wonderful advantage of having a nice living room all to myself, which was perfect. Most of the venue is dedicated to daily or subscription co-working, making it an excellent spot if you need to focus and get some work done. However, it's also a great place to send emails or have a chat with a friend or client in the main area.

This is the best coffee shop in Montclair! Michael, Mario, and Jason are truly some of the best baristas I've ever encountered. Their recommendations are spot on, they are incredibly friendly, and the coffee is a perfect 10/10. I've found my new favorite spot!

I LOVE this coffee shop. The atmosphere is perfect for any type of working, nice amount of seating, plenty of plugs, the baristas are all so very nice, coffee/tea/food selections are great, and it is such a beautifully decorated place. I always feel inspired working there. It’s become my favorite, go-to café for working.
