Fiesta Mexicana - Montebello

The food here is quite good, but I would advise against bringing children to this restaurant. There’s a Mexican artist impersonator (Paquita del Barrio) who drinks beer during his performance, and when he becomes inebriated, his language becomes inappropriate. The restaurant should inform patrons that children under 15 are not suitable during the show. Overall, it’s not a kid-friendly place during dinner hours.

The restaurant was nice, and it’s a great spot, but definitely make a reservation to secure front-row tables. If you don’t, you might end up with the least desirable tables way back by the bar. I ordered the Nachos Supreme, but I can’t recommend them—they were the worst nachos I’ve ever had. They came with a pound of chips and cheese in the middle, but they just weren’t tasty at all. For $10, I wouldn’t bother.

I can only give this restaurant 3 stars due to the temperature inside. Unfortunately, I couldn't fully enjoy my meal because it was just as warm inside as outside, minus the sun. The air conditioning was on, but it didn't seem effective. The food was decent; however, I think I'll need to come back in the fall to give it another try. I apologize for not taking any pictures of my meal, but honestly, there wasn't much to capture.

The ambiance is fantastic, with a lovely fiesta theme reminiscent of Mexico. The place is very clean, and the food portions are generous. I had the NY steak along with some refreshing tamarind iced water. All of this was accompanied by a great live music and karaoke show. There’s plenty of parking available, a bar for drinks, and sufficient tables for the whole family. You absolutely deserve my five-star review! Sincerely, Jesus Bandas Honest Reviews.

At 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, just an hour before brunch ended, my wife and I had to wait about 20 minutes to be seated. Unfortunately, by the time we got to the buffet, many of the trays were already out of popular items like enchiladas, chiles rellenos, hard shell tacos, sopes, and several other dishes. The fruit trays were nearly empty, as was the salad bar. To make matters worse, the staff did not offer any discount and still tried to charge us full price!
