In fact, as each course came, it was able to build on the previous course and you believe that the next course would not be the one you just consumed. But the next course and the whole culinary experience was so from the beginning to the end. The service was crazy good, with the staff very attentive, friendly and able to answer questions about the menu options in detail. Of course, the location of the restaurant, with the offered views of the canal islands and the beach is a bonus. Choose a reason to go date night, special opportunity, or simply because you enjoy great food, great service and great ambience. The chef and the team deserve a star or two.

It was our wedding day. Our waiter Christian was wonderful, aware of our special opportunity and noticeable several times. He even took a moment before dessert to chat with us personally. He was patient with me to order dessert. He patiently and with good cheering accommodated our special wishes for additional explanations and items for the table. The food was amazing. My first course was a scallop dish with cut mushrooms and wheat grass foam. The whole court was like nothing I ever tasted. The combination of sweet and salty, crispy and soft, with such a variety of flavors that I could not even identify, made it literally unique in my experience. My second course was the Squash-Ravioli, which hardly meets this amazing dish. Again, it had mixed flavors that I never tasted together. It had crispy and soft, the pasta was perfect, the cheese was unmistakable, there was a hint of citrus and perhaps even a small taste of fleshiness mixed with the wonderful squash. My main course was good, but my least favorite. The black cod was a bit too soft for my palate, but the garnish sauce with lemongrass and I think turmeric was delicious. After all, the dessert was like nothing I'd ever eat. I ordered the white chocolate goose lemon that you would swear was a real lemon until you cracked it with your fork and discovered the wonderful inner creamy filling that was both sweet and sour. The cookie crispy under it added only the correct amount of crunch. The espresso was also tasteful and distinctive. The amuse bouche was usually amusing, barely enough to even get a taste, and I didn't recognize anyone. But it was one of the best meals I've ever had, and the pasta dish was probably the best pasta I've ever eaten.
Ocean front, high end. Worth every dollar. Extensive wine list, plant based menu. Seafood is fantastic.
