Mandarin Noodle House - Monterey Park

I typically go for the regular noodles but sometimes opt for glass noodles, and I usually like it spicy, though sometimes I skip the heat. The old Chinatown location used to have a window where you could see the potstickers being made, and they were always fresh and perfectly fried. The scallion pancakes, spicy cucumbers, and tofu salad are also fantastic. Plus, it's conveniently located just a short distance from one of the best wine shops in L.A., the wine department at Wing Hop Fung.
