Subway - Monterey

Waited in the drive thru for nearly 15 minutes with a car in front of us who was also waiting to order. It looked like a family of 3 or 4 were inside ordering with the employee. We gave some grace because it seemed like it was one employee running the store, we assumed it was just bad management. When we finally decided to leave, there was a worker outside the back sitting talking on her phone instead of working and helping the other employee with the customers inside and the ones waiting to be helped at the drive thru. So my family and i just went to this subway and he didn’t get out of there until about 30 minutes later because the guy who took our order was not in his mind, he was very confused and not knowing what he was doing. he took about 20 minutes on only ONE of the sandwich’s and then a nice lady told him to go do something else and she finished them up. but he was very disorganized and was not doing well under a little bit of pressure. Woman helped me set up online ordering app. Had problems getting my card to pay for order so management gave me the deal for the transaction Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Typical subway, but the sandwiches are expensive. $8 for a foot long turkey breast sub of itself. They were also out of spinach!

Worst Subway ever. I came to 3/22/19 at 238, the store was empty. I stood for 15 minutes while the staff had to talk about their friend to go to work. You could say they were bad and didn't want to help anyone. When I left, they were rude, and I will never come back.
