Good fast seafood in a cafe situation. get a few cheap good tasting wine or beer and enjoy the intention. we loved the little buffet and the price was also fair...

Artico is the best ever for sea food in Uruguay. It is takeaway style, plastic dishware (pitty), but the hot and cold dishes are delicious. I recommend.
