Additionally, the Chix Fries seemed like they had been sitting out too long and needed to be reheated or re-fried; they were lackluster. While the fries were hot, it hardly made up for the rest of the experience. I've heard there have been significant changes, but unfortunately, it seems the restaurant has lost a small customer. I'll be sharing my experiences with others, as I work in Monte and live in Boyd.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The service was the worst I've ever encountered, and the burger was tough and curled—so much so that you could have bounced it off the wall! The fries tasted like they were cooked in old oil. I ended up throwing everything away, even though I was really hungry. I also had a hard time figuring out how to get soda, and when I finally did, they were out of everything I wanted. The whole experience was just awful. There were no other customers there, even though it was 11 AM, and it took an astonishing 30 minutes to get my burger.

I've only experienced drive-thru service at this restaurant, and I've noticed that during my last three visits, the burger buns were really dry. It seemed like they had been sitting out for hours. Tonight, I ordered two double cheeseburgers with just ketchup, but when I got home, I realized neither burger had cheese on it—so I ended up with double burgers instead of cheeseburgers, all at the cheeseburger price. Additionally, the chicken fries tasted like they might have been reheated or overcooked; they were definitely off in some way. On the plus side, the regular fries were hot. Unless I hear about some major improvements, I won't be coming back regularly, and I'll be sharing my experience with others. I work in Monte and live in Boyd.

It was a frustrating experience, especially considering there were hardly any customers around at 11 o'clock. It took an astonishing 30 minutes to get my burger. Overall, I do not recommend this place.
