Wings were old and hard...couldn't only eat the fries...Wow Wings from now on.

I was really disappointed with my experience. My wings had a strange smell, almost like a strong fishy odor. It was quite unpleasant. After just one bite, I almost gagged. I also paid an extra $2 for all drumsticks but didn’t receive them. Normally, I don’t have any issues here, but this time was just unacceptable.

The fries were undercooked, and when I ordered another batch, I received onion rings instead. The burger didn't come with any mustard or ketchup, and the Sprite was flat.

This rating is based on two visits. The staff at the counter were extremely unprofessional in their interactions with customers, making the experience feel more like being in a middle school classroom. The food itself isn't the issue at all. If you can overlook the poor atmosphere, you should be fine. Good luck!

Visiting Montgomery with my husband and I wanted a salad and some wings.This place was recommended. I knew it wasn?t going to be a good experience when I saw the trash on the floor. Two very young girls were working the counter. The one that helped us was clearer in training (not a problem). OMG the customer service was horrible! They show you your food before it?s bagged. No ketchup on the Philly cheesesteak even though I was charged extra for it. Then I had to ask for our drinks. The place was dirty, poor customer service, the food wasn?t good. I rate this place ZERO ??
